How do I place an order?

You can contact Cedar Garden Products by phone or email.  When you place an order, a deposit is required, and the balance is due prior to shipping, or upon completion of installation.  Payment can be made by cheque or money order, Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

What if I have an idea of my own... ?

You may contact us with your idea and inquire about a custom order.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request and will communicate with you in a friendly, timely and professional manner.

Are all of the products available in white cedar only?

Currently, we produce items in eastern white cedar, western red cedar and pine.

Can you deliver to my location?

Cedar Garden Products can deliver to most places in South Western Ontario. Please inquire if you are out of the SW Ontario area. Other delivery arrangements using courier services can be arranged. You may also choose to pick your item up at our location just north of Durham, Ontario (south of Owen Sound).
